Please review this Agreement carefully prior to accessing or using our website or any of our services. By registering an account or continuing to engage with Inspire Technologies and its offerings, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this document.
1. Services
1.1 Inspire Technologies provides a comprehensive range of professional solutions, including but not limited to: digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, article and blog writing, reputation management, custom software development, cloud migration and management, IT managed services, systems integration, and cybersecurity consulting.
1.2 Our services are designed to support businesses of all sizes, entrepreneurs, startups, and individuals seeking professional-grade technology and marketing assistance.
2. Deliverables and Copyright
2.1 Upon receipt of full and cleared payment, clients are granted rights to all final deliverables as specified in their service agreement. Transfer of intellectual property rights takes effect upon successful project completion.
2.2 Inspire Technologies reserves the right to retain, display, and utilize original work created for clients in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless a separate written agreement explicitly waives this right.
3. Payments and Fees
3.1 All transactions are processed in the applicable local currency: USD for clients in the United States, CAD for clients in Canada, AED for clients in the United Arab Emirates, and USD for all remaining regions. Clients bear full responsibility for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies associated with their purchase.
3.2 Payment structures may include milestone-based billing, recurring monthly subscriptions, or project-based invoicing, depending on the scope of services agreed upon. Payment obligations are triggered upon client approval of deliverables or as otherwise specified in the project agreement.
4. Refund Policy
General Refund Terms
Any funds deposited toward a project are non-refundable once the initial design concepts have been approved by the client or after modifications to the original designs have been requested. No refund will be issued after a project has reached full completion. Additionally, Inspire Technologies reserves the right to deny a refund if the cancellation or termination arises from a violation of the client’s obligations under this Agreement.
Eligibility Conditions for Refund Requests
• Refund requests submitted prior to the delivery of initial design concepts will be honored, subject to a deduction of 10% to cover service and administrative processing fees.
• Refund requests received within 48 hours of service enrollment will qualify for a 66% refund, less the applicable 10% service and processing fee.
• Refund requests submitted between 48 and 120 hours following the delivery of initial design concepts will be eligible for a 33% refund, after deducting the 10% service and processing fee.
• No refund requests will be considered after 120 hours from the delivery of the initial design concepts. However, clients are encouraged to reach out to our support team with any concerns, as client satisfaction remains a top priority.
• Refund requests will not be accepted if no action has been taken on a placed order for a period of 30 or more consecutive days. If a client wishes to reactivate a dormant design order, a reactivation fee will apply, the amount of which will vary based on the nature and scope of the project.
• No refunds will be processed once final project files have been delivered to the client.
• For website development packages, refunds will not be entertained once the development phase has been completed or after the website has been published to a live environment.
• For video animation packages, refund eligibility ends once the storyboard design phase has commenced.
• Clients who received discounted pricing, promotional rates, or who carry outstanding account balances are not eligible for refunds.
• All refund requests must be submitted through Inspire Technologies’ official support channel. The company reserves the right to review and determine the outcome of each request on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
• For bundled or custom service packages, refund terms mirror those applicable to individual services. For example, if a client orders both a logo and a website and approves the logo design, a refund for the website portion may still be requested, provided it is made at the initial design delivery stage.
• A valid refund request must include a substantiated reason that can be evaluated against the original design brief and the revision feedback provided. Refunds will not be granted solely due to general dissatisfaction; additional revisions will instead be provided until the client is fully satisfied, unless the design demonstrably deviates from the submitted brief.
• Our money-back guarantee applies only to orders placed in genuine good faith. Inspire Technologies reserves the right to reject any refund claim where it has been determined that a client simultaneously engaged multiple design agencies for the same project with the intent of claiming a refund.
• Client participation is integral to the design process. Since all design work requires client feedback before finalization, it is expected that clients provide timely and constructive input to achieve the desired outcome.
Unique Design Guarantee
Our 100% unique design guarantee entitles clients to a full redraw if any deliverable produced by Inspire Technologies is found to bear a substantial resemblance to an existing design. Any such similarity would be entirely coincidental, and Inspire Technologies assumes no liability for, nor accepts responsibility for, any resulting claims or compensation requests. Clients are solely responsible for obtaining copyright protection for their final artwork.
Non-Refundable Services
• Payments made for SEO and social media marketing services are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including business closure, suspension, or operational hold.
• Website design and development engagements involve significant allocation of resources, personnel, and internal overhead. Accordingly, once payment is received, it is non-refundable regardless of the duration or status of the project.
• No refunds will be issued for Hosting, SSL/TLS certificates, SEO, Content Writing, or Social Media Management services.
• Patent and trademark application fees are generally non-refundable once submitted, and the payment method used at the time of filing cannot be altered retroactively. Refunds of such fees may be considered only in rare circumstances where a filing has not yet been formally submitted.
• Once website mockups or a completed website has been placed on a test link and approved by the client, no refund will be applicable.
• No refunds are available for any legal documentation or paperwork services rendered.
• Website maintenance packages are non-refundable once activated.
5. Account Usage
5.1 Users are required to provide accurate, current, and truthful information when creating or maintaining an account with Inspire Technologies. Any suspicious or unauthorized activity on your account must be reported to us immediately.
5.2 Inspire Technologies reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be engaged in fraudulent activity, unlawful conduct, or violations of this Agreement or any applicable policies.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Inspire Technologies grants clients full rights to all approved and delivered design work upon completion of payment obligations. Inspire Technologies may retain the right to feature completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly waived through a written agreement.
6.2 Clients are encouraged to report any identified instances of copyright infringement or misuse of delivered assets.
7. Communication Policy
7.1 By submitting your contact information through our website or service agreements, you provide express consent to receive communications from Inspire Technologies, including but not limited to updates, service notifications, and promotional messages.
7.2 All marketing communications include a clear and accessible opt-out mechanism. You may unsubscribe from emails or SMS communications at any time.
7.3 Client data is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill service obligations or as mandated by applicable law.
8. Usage and Restrictions
8.1 Clients agree not to use Inspire Technologies’ services in any manner that infringes upon the rights of third parties or that facilitates illegal or unauthorized activities.
8.2 Reverse engineering, reproduction, duplication, or commercial exploitation of any component of Inspire Technologies’ website, platforms, or proprietary service methodologies is strictly prohibited.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 All materials produced by Inspire Technologies are custom-created and unique to each individual client engagement. Exclusive ownership rights may be granted to clients at an additional cost, as stipulated in a separate written agreement.
10. General Terms
10.1 Inspire Technologies reserves the right to revise, update, or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10.2 Clients and users are responsible for periodically reviewing this Agreement to remain informed of any modifications or updates.
10.3 This Agreement constitutes the complete and entire understanding between Inspire Technologies and the client, superseding all prior representations, negotiations, or communications.
